Subject: [CASonline] Oh CAS !! ( Sequel )

CAS's Teacher, the Dalai Lama, taught the thousands and Whoopi Goldberg in Washington's West Lawn, in front of Capitol Hill.

Then, He was greeted by the thousands in Australia and He taught them Dharma, to place them on the path to Buddhahood.

Not satisfied with just America and Oceania, the Dalai Lama continued to Europe to place even more beings on the path to Buddhahood.

We don't think His Holiness is lazy.

The bouquet and accolades continue to bloom for His Holiness while Phuntsok Cho Ling ( CAS ) patiently waits ....

Before we could finish our third set of Ngondro, Achuk Rinpoche, the most precious unsurpassable disciple of Lord Buddha, decided to pass away after showing illness for long time in order to urge us all to practise hard and practise fast.

Then, Most Venerable Long Gen, President Emeritus of Singapore's Buddhist Federation, decided to pass away after showing illness for some time in order to urge us all to practise hard and practise fast.

He is pictured here with CAS's Root Teacher, the 100th Ganden Trisur, in 2000.

They had then requested each other to live long as, accordingly to each other, their long lives are apparently so important for "the Dharma and all beings".

Last week, CAS's protector, wish-fulfilling jewel, lord and everything good-under-the-sun, Kyabje Trulshig Rinpoche, the most precious unsurpassable disciple of Lord Buddha, decided to pass away after showing illness for long time in order to urge us all to practise hard and practise fast.

Getting the not-subtle-at-all exhortation of these most precious unsurpassable disciples of Lord Buddha, we decided to try to practise hard whenever there are public holidays or even teaching periods in camden, polys or schools, calling to holy powerful Green Mother Tara and Her fantastically miraculous 21 Emanations.

Of course, CASonline has to hold when we were pretending to do Tara retreats.

Besides the many Tara retreats in Kota Tinggi, Jurong West, Bt Timah and Malacca, in order to support Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu Chi ( www.tzuchi.org ), CAS consumes strips of fund raising no-MSG maggi mees, soups and what not while also consuming the teachings of Most Venerable Master Cheng Yen.

Her holy pic is pictured above and a sample of Her holy teachings are pictured below.

Tzu Chi is one of the world's largest welfare organisations and reaches into the suffering myriads in every continent on planet earth.

This standing Guan Yin ( the Chinese equivalent of Chenrezig and / or Tara ) is found in Tzu Chi ( Malacca ) and also takes care of CAS.

Come September, work begins in earnest in Phuntsok Cho Ling ( CAS - Melaka ).

From the outside, Phuntsok Cho Ling ( CAS  - Melaka ) awaits its signboard and hides the utter chaos inside.

Lamps were lit, boundless aspirations were made in Trisur Rinpoche's room in Singapore.

Before we could say "Arrggh !!", Tara appears in the sea of sunflowers in Phuntsok Cho Ling.

Before we could say "Oh Tara .... !!", our resident Teacher's room, came crashing into existence: the bed bought, table constructed, chairs begotten, rugs selected, slippers ready, shelf build, partition-room up, blinds chosen.

Overnight, the huge bookshelves came up, carpet spread.

Our 2 Teachers manifested in front of Holy Mother on the shrine.

Gyudmey Khensur Lobsang Delek's teaching throne were constructed and the reflection clearly appeared in the centre's floors !!

Next, the holy shrine manifested.

As per the Dalai Lama's instructions, Lord Buddha always must take central position on any Buddhist shrine.

This thangka of Shakyamuni Buddha was bestowed by the late Khensur Dorje Tashi to CAS in 1999 in Sera Je just before His showing of nirvana.

It was surrounded by the 21 Taras, topped on both ends by the 7 Medicine Buddhas and Guru Padmasambhava.

CAS's shrine is complete.

At night, some local deities came and sat in front of Lord Buddha, remembering His unsurpassable kindness to the world while bb @ CAS crept up silently and snapped this for you.

Just as when the Buddha was here, the Maha Brahma, Kings of so many Gods and the hordes of gods and yet more glorious gods came to honour Him, Phuntsok Cho Ling ( CAS ) & so many of you hurriedly made a ( sad and very ) late ( though not too late ) entry during these degenerate times, to try to learn His holy Dharma.

So we abide, joyfully amongst the tulips, masquerading as cats of different colours..... trying to cherish others more than ourselves, trying to follow in the super large footsteps of Shakyamuni: the Sage of the Shakya people, the Lion of the Shakya people, the Teacher of gods, men, CAS and all of you !!

One day .... one day .... we shall become like Him, bringing the infinite zillions into the limitless bliss of PErfect Enlightenment.

"Namo Amituofo !!"
"Namo Da Bei Guan Shi Yin Pu Sa !!"
"Om Tare Tuttare Ture Soha !!"

( Palden Lhamo rides along )
