1. Make sure that the computer you'll be using has a stable Internet connection.

The recommended minimum download speed: 750kbps

A broadband connection is highly recommended.

2. Check that your computer speakers are turned on for audio listening.

3. If you are encountering viewing problems due to inadequate internet speed,

you may wish to view the videos on TV using our CASOTAC Video-On-Demand ( VOD ) facility.

VOD facility provides better viewing of the videos from the server.
